The guy in the background could be the trainer of Manectric and Snorlax and the other guy the trainer of Gengar and Incineroar. Dragonite could be either befriended with them or belong to one of them.
In this situation each of them would have one mega evolution and one Pokemon which has its own Z crystal which is a devastating body slam!
