God hacks like plates >>. But not accounting for a dark plate Mewtwo has stronger attack (freakishly strong actually) and is a little faster (his awesome cloak gives defense bonus too). So as long as he dodges he has a good chance. Who is smarter I wonder...it can be argued for either.Β
