Name: Robert Toad, aka Bob the Blob
Role: Villain
Description: Absorbs different types of water making his skin thicker, stronger, and bouncier from different attacks and impacts.
His eyes can move independently.
He can identify and locate different kinds of people based on the way they walk on the ground.
He is an excellent swimmer and can hold his breath longer under water.
Has strong punching power.
He may look overweight but he is actually very fit. His overweight-looking body is for absorbing water.
He loves walking barefoot so he can feel and absorb water easily.
He is a football fan and wears number 11 red t-shirt all the time. He wished his t-shirt was signed by his favorite player. Maybe someday?

Story: When he was little, he is raised only by his father remotely in the woods where he worked as a lumberjack . Bob was 9 and thin back then. He likes to watch TV of football games all day and idolized a football superstar which has number 11 on his jersey. One day Bob got lost in the forest and saw the train crash where David Dunn was. He ran away, scared, his father saw him and didn't believe what Bob told him. He hit Bob so hard that he fell down a lake. This was the moment where he learned how to swim while grasping for air and saving his own life, and somewhat "absorb" water. His father noticed that Bob became less thinner, and gained weight after he fell on that lake. He hit Bob again. Bob acted hurt but he actually did not feel any pain. The water on his skin absorbed the impact.

He ran away from home. Years past and he developed his abilities while living and hiding underground the city. He is working as a club bouncer at the same time. Now he understood that absorbed fresh water and salt water affect him differently. He can be faster and stronger. Rain water affects him too. He also mastered his hearing abilities from people's footsteps while he is underground. He then slowly identified who among these footsteps are rich, poor, corrupt, and vulnerable. He took these as his advantage. He attacked and robbed particular people that he heard have money. All the cash he stole and robbed, he kept them underground. For what purpose? He plans to buy all the sports memorabilia from his favorite football player that wears number 11. Though he can easily take those things away from the owners, but he feared that his idol will not allow that. So he kept this cycle of listening to footsteps, identify the rich and vulnerable, rob them, and buy.

One day, he heard on the news about the rarest and most expensive football memorabilia, The Football Club Rules, Regulations and Law. But the person who owns this is his idol, Number 11. He acted on his rushed instinct and entered Number 11's mansion. He was successful of stealing what he came for but he was caught by the CCTV camera and became wanted. He saw an interview of his idol, Number 11, talking negatively about him, about the robbery, saying things that hurt his feelings. Bob was so crushed and got mad. He lost his senses. So an idea came to his mind..."enough of this buying football memorabilia, why don't I just take Number 11 in my underground hole and he will be THE football memorabilia?
