Description
'Coffee Stains'Wanted to construct a typeface that represents 'Coffee'
and for me a cup of coffee always leave stains and this
mark making led me to do a type face
Done in Photoshop CS3

I'm curious, what was your process in making this? Did you physically make the stains and then scanned them, or did you do it completely in Photoshop? Really cool idea

The stains effect and the word 'coffee' only works together as a whole.

I would write more than only "coffee" with a coffee-typeface. If not whole sentence, but definitely more than one word. In matter of fact, it is some kind of a pleonasm writing coffee with "coffee".

I'm glad you liked it. Yeah I was asked to make it into a series of fonts
by I hardly have the time to do it, maybe if I'm on a holiday and got bored.

very good although it's a bit too obvious that the letter pairs (ee and ff) are just copies of each other. If you could've edited one f and one e a bit it would be absolutely perfect.
