Description Mandelbulb 3D v1.7.9

Thought I'd try the new 'Blend Dynamic Fog' function on one
of my favourite formula combos; SierpHilbert and reciprocalX2,
in inside+outside mode.
The results can be quite similar to the 'glow' function in Mandelbulber.
I've found that a RSM of 0.5 gives the best result,
but can lead to some undersampling.

Stepcount was at 12, any higher seems kinda pointless?!

Okay

Just use stepwidth 0.5 because else you slow down with no reason...

I am fixing some buggy surfaces to make a first patch...
