Holy *FUCK* guys, do you know what I just found?! I went back and rewatched Tourist Trap for fun, and I noticed something eerie... when Grunkle Stan is trying to get someone to hand posters in 'the creepy part of the forest,' to choose he says "eeney, meeney, miney... you" after chosing Dipper!! Which is *EXACTLY* what Bill says after Dipper asks him which puppet he's going to take!!! HOLY F***ING SHIT!! (I don't see this posted anywhere, not even on the wikia sock opera page, so I'm assuming that this is news to the fandom.)
