Description
Joker, based on the re-designed animated version for Batman Beyond Return of the Joker (during the flashback sequence). I did this piece some years ago but I know it's well liked, so I thought I would post it on DA. I used to do a lot of Batman art related to the animated series, first for the love of it, then because of a multitude of requests. It was around that time that I decided to stop doing work based on BTAS as I didn't want to get pigeon holed or stereotyped into just that. At some point I will probably revisit the subject with more originality and sectional style.Related content

No, scratch that... the BEST Joker design! It's creepy and awesome; I take one look at that face and I'm instantly on edge and a little uncomfortable, but the hell if I can ever stay away!

Ive had this as my wallpaper on my ipod for over 2 years. I think this is an amazing picture, even the colours are perfect!
Not to lie, this is definitely one of my favourite Joker pictures of ALL TIME!
Ive seen so many drawings from Batman the animated series and I gotta say man..
You should really work for DC. Because this is actually much better than some of the actual official art!

I bought this and a matching Batman from a gentleman through the Comic Art Fans website, I should have the paintings by Thursday.
I tried to contact you first through the same site to see what you still had available. I'm still willing to take a look at whatever you might have for sale.

I always thought the Batman animated series was the best! Batman beyond was great too. Such a cool concept.

I actually laid down frisket for this so the spatter would be contained in the correct areas.
And yea...the series was great. I keep up with the new animated DC movies, but the stories where told better in the Batman/Superman series up through Justice League Unlimited (imo).
