Absorb Queen! Evolution King!

Mutsuki Kamijo (上城睦月, Kamijō Mutsuki) is a young high school student who transforms into Kamen Rider Leangle (仮面ライダーレンゲル, Kamen Raidā Rengeru), doing so for some time while being possessed by the Spider Undead .

King Form (キングフォーム, Kingu Fōmu) is the the ultimate combat extension of the Rider System. This transformation is initiated by inserting the Absorb Tiger Rouse Card into the Rouse Absorber and scanning the Evolution Tarantula Rouse Card. It is Leangle's final form , and endows the Rider Armor with the attributes and characteristics of the Tarantula Undead's DNA.[5]
Towards the end of the period where Spider Undead possessed Mitsuki, Leangle came close to transforming into King Form using Garren's Rouze Absorber . However, this attempt failed after the spirits of Noboru Shima and Hikaru Jo intervened, breaking Spider's control over Mitsuki, with the latter opting to use the Tarantula Undead's form in its place.
In later years, however, Mitsuki was able to assume Leangle King Form after re-obtaining the Evolution Tarantula Rouze Card. Unlike Blade, this form only allows Leangle to fuse with the Category King instead of all 13 Rouse Cards in the Clubs Suit due to his fusion rate being normal.
This form is exclusive to Kamen Rider Blade 20th Anniversary STAGE&TALK
