I imagine the fourth form in my Symbiotic Bond story in which permanent bond is basically like a Venom form, but without mouth or claws. Spidey decides to keep the symbiote and the symbiote loses its thought and becomes one with Spidey. Spidey can control the symbiote freely.
Model is from Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite.
That model felt like a right choice because I imagined the symbiote would give Spider-Man bigger power and make him look buffer and more frightening the more it resembles the classic symbiote suit.
