Peter is asleep and symbiote uses the oppoturnity to go around NYC. After seeing Peter's wife, he goes and cheer her. MJ thinks Peter is awake and decides she wants to dance tango with Peter. Symbiote accepts it by nodding. In the morning, Peter doesn't remember the dance.
The smile symbiote gives came from some comic from the 90s in which Venom showed their straight teeth.
As for the Tango, I got inspired by Tango with Evil by Alex Ross.
