Dio Brando.i drew him in more part 1 anime-ish style with messed up sticked left arm to represent his afterlife and looking around.

-KONO DIO DA! represents Dio's complex during part 3
-Jonathan yelling at Dio with text being hard to read represents Dio's ignorance
-Jotaro saying "YARE YARE DAZE!" represents Jotaro after defeating Dio
-Pucci's image and the quote about gravity represents a heavy impact after Dio's death
-Giorno represents Dio's legacy
