It's not such a bad game, I was playing it in Japan.
Sort of like Wii Sports but with more sports and Sega and Nintendo characters.

most wii games suck. ive heard mario galaxy is good but then i feel too old for playing a mario game. kind of embarsses me. Resident Evil 4 is a brilliant game and the best on the WII but then the game exists on pretty much every console out there already including PC. i think wario ware smooth moves is entertaining though. very wacky and japanese. i remember how ive played it at a party and everybody was like WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU OMFG WHY ARE YOU PLAYING SUCH SHIT WHATS JUST GOING ON THERE WTF WTF

Thank you very much. There is a lot of Sonic fan art and Mario fan art on this website and on the whole internet. Also many people who create their own Sonic characters. Sadly I’ve noticed NOBODY or only very few apply their own style. Mario and Sonic ALWAYS look the same- no matter who draws them. I would love to see people’s interpretations of those famous (maybe the most famous) video game characters. So I started- this is MY interpretation/rendering of them. I hope this will inspire fellow artists (if anybody ever finds out about this drawing haha What a shame hardly anybody knows me here. wish more people would see this and get creative) to start drawing fan art “out of the box”.

YES SIR! I couldn’t agree more. Honestly I hate a lot of people/I am jealous about them. What do you have to do to get instant love on DA? Stick to a simple formula:
Draw anime/draw furries. Most of those drawings look SHIT but nobody cares because uuuuuuh its ANIME. Don’t even get me started on furries. They are all mostly drawn in anime style and I hate them. YET I have to admit I have seen people do furry art that WASN’T the standard style everybody has to thumbs up for having developed your own style. Yet mostly everybody draws the same and it seems like nobody cares. Also you get instant love if you draw famous anime/video game characters. Guess why I drew Mario and Sonic? Nobody cares about original characters it seems so at least I wanted to do them in my style. You just get more fame if you draw some character everybody knows/draw some celeb. I mean I did this very lousy animation about David Bowie which simply sucks but yet it has so many views because it’s about David Bowie and everybody knows him. So stick with famous people/fictional characters and people will notice you. Just look at all those people who draw DBZ art. They SUCK but HELL it’s DBZ so they will get all the attention of other DBZ who submit their crap art and they will form the club of super friends while if you are original you will suffer and will write angry replies on deviant art just because you are kind of jealous how unoriginal and crappy people get treated and you wish you would get the attention they would get *goes all emo and stuff*. Also it’s nice to see how anime/emo/gothic/fetish pictures (sometimes it gives me a bigger boner than real porn)/angsty teenager poetry/furries/fan art get daily deviations on this site = the support from this website while other art that’s DIFFERENT gets overlooked. I thought it would be dare to be different. Be deviant. But being deviant seems to translate to be a big fag who is all angsty/ still dresses like a video game character in the age of 26/doesn’t fit into real life. I am wondering if – lets say- somebody like Picasso would submit his work now (if he was still alive and not famous yet) if he would get overlooked or not. His art is different and not what you normally see on this site so would people actually care or would they only cheer up furry people/anime people/cam whores?
About Mario’s shirt: the shirt is simply a rip off from one of the early simpsons episodes where the simpsons go swimming. homer wears some shirt with a happy smiley but because he is so fat the smiley gets stretched and gets this O_________O look. dont know if youve seen that episode.

i certainly rant way too much. where that rant came from there used to be way more rants but if there is ONE thing I have learned in my life its this one: don't give a fuck. everything is so much easier and better if you just dont care about things. also people won't hate you this much. OH THERE IS THAT NEGATIVE CUNT. you know even if you ARE RIGHT about something and you should point out how crap it is hardly anybody wants to hear that so I've simply learned to shut the fuck up and just ignore it. Ignorance is a bliss. Also you will be a much more happier person if you just stop caring about all this shit that’s wrong. There is too much shit that’s wrong and if I would pay attention to all that I would get just too aggressive and it’s simply not worth it I think. It’s good that there are people who go out on the streets and demonstrate against things but then did demonstrators ever change anything EVER? Also do you think they are happy people because they always go out on the streets, complain about things, nobody gives a fuck and in the end nothing changes at all anyways? Debating about stupid stuff often seems like a pointless waste of time to me. In fact it IS a pointless waste of time and energy. If somebody says stupid bullshit and I am fully aware it’s dumb I won’t argue with him- that’s his opinion/the opinion sucks/I ignore it and move on. I think being tolerant just means to be able to be ignorant. So you just don’t care about other people’s dumb crap (if it’s dumb).
I don’t even know how many watchers I have but with watchers it’s the same as friends on myspace and people on your MSN. You can either have 500 people on it and nobody gives a fuck about you and just won’t talk to you and you are like “AW MAN COME ON you are 500- cant at least ONE of you talk to me” or you only have a few people on your contact list but ONE of them already talks you to death and keeps you very very busy- something all those 500 people never managed to achieve. Do you know what I am talking about?

thanks a lot for having even bothered to read it. of course i enjoy writing stuff. if i didnt i wouldnt even write that much but that way i get it all out of my mind. i just rant about it and once its out and said ill kind of forget it forever. its said and done and a thing of the past so i can move on. so im glad to know somebody listens

I've seen quite of different style Mario fanarts over time (like some with him looking incredibly manly and tough whilst picking on some poor Goomba), though I can't say the same for Sonic as much. Some fanart does feel quite 'cookie cutter', especially when a fair bit is reproductions/copies of official art. There is a bit of a balance between making it look like the original character enough to recognise at a glance, and producing them in totally different style, but if the right features get highlighted the style can be totally reworked. It is great to see something different.
