Characters: Modern T-boy the Tortoise, Cosmo the Seedrian, Betty the Tulip, Classic T-boy the Tortoise.

Who is the strongest character.

Classic T-boy can only spin dash, run fast enough to use sonic boom and use the shell spin by withdrawing while running fast or colliding with a wall, he can also use hydro pump and water gun not stable enough to use skull bash, he does have the ability to heal. He can fly by coiling the flexible grass on the back of his shell

Modern T-boy the tortoise can do everything that classic T-boy does but now he can use skull bash and he can also use more special attacks like energy ball, solar beam, razor leaf and bullet seed and discharge rocks from his shell, he can also combine his special attacks with his physical spin attacks to amplify their power.

Betty the tulip is unable to spin dash, even though she isn't as fast as T-boy she is still stronger physically is she is the same strength as Sonic Junior Johnathan the Hedgehog she also has more powerful plant based attacks, energy ball isn't evaded as easily, razor leaf is even sharper, and she doesn't take damage from her own attacks like t-boy will, making her more durable than T-boy even though she cannot fly.

Cosmo cannot spin dash, her physical strength is unknown but she is slower than the previous characters, she can also fall slowly using her skirt. She can also control plants and make them grow, people can get tangled in these plants, he can use fruit throw, ground attacks and final smash. She also sacrificed herself to save to sonic universe.
