Good stuff; core components I've been confronted with by my own employment are culture and community - wouldn't have given them a thought previously, because we're not encouraged to, so nice to see them presented inside this.

Awesome, I didn't realize that you lived in Erie. I went to college (years ago) at Edinboro. small world. Do you ever see the "More Frames" animation team? They were all good friends of mine.
Great work on this piece. and really slick previous works (movie poster redesigns) I also need to update my DA page badly (I'm mostly doing oil painting now), All of my posts are teaching related (lame).
