My take on Applejack.

Not sure if I'm going to make an AU or not, but they will all still meet in Ponyville for the first time.

Applejack is 26, uses she/they pronouns, and is Demisexual (needs to know someone before forming sexual attraction) and Genderflor (her gender is fluid between a range of non-binary genders).

When using her Element, an aura of apple leaves swirls around her.

She was born in Appleloosa, as were both her siblings. Her mother died giving birth to Apple Bloom, and her father died protecting their family from an attack of timberwolves. After this, Granny Smith decided to take the kids somewhere safer and moved the family to Ponyville. She used some of the family's savings to buy a large plot of land outside the town and started a new apple farm.

She doesn't have a hat, and her hoof was broken bucking apples as a filly so it was mended with wood and metal.
