Been rewatching Nolanverse Batman movies lately and while working on my regular TGWTG.com work, i usually listen to Spill podcasts, so ive thought ill make a little tribute to both of those

In the cartoon series, Harvey Dent wasn't a white guy like he is in the comics and the movies. That and of course, Bane looks retarded on here(not the artstyle, but the way Christopher Nolan came up with that sorry excuse for a villain).

I watched BTAS, but that purple coat and the puffy hair made him look more like Prince than Harvey.
When Batman & Robin does something better than you, you know taht there's something wrong. (even though I consider Batman & Robin heavily underrated).

I heard rumours that he's not actually dead, just in a severe coma, because at the end of 'TDK', they never SPECIFICALLY SAID that Harvey Dent was dead. They just said that Batman was going to take responsibility for the people that Harvey killed. So, ergo, he MAY still be there. All I know is that there's a 65% chance he's not dead.

Yeah, it would have been interesting to see him come back in this one, but let's face it: based on what we saw in the trailer, Batman's probably going to have a hard enough time dealing with Bane; he doesn't need TWO villains to deal with at the same time.

Isn't this one supposed to be more grounded in reality though? Like with the Joker using face-paint instead of having his skin bleached by toxic chemicals. But you do raise a good point.

Hm, I suppose. But again, they had two villains in other films. Like 'The Dark Knight', technically there was two villains in that. And 'Batman Forever', which I didn't think was THAT bad. Its a good film to show kids, and I sorta enjoyed it.

This might be slight spoilers, but probably not:
The character himself isn't in the film, but Bane uses the fact that Batman takes the blame for killing Harvey to turn Gotham against the police and Batman.
Atleast, thats what I can make, since theres On-set pictures of bane holding up a picture of Dent and saying 'Take control.' to Gotham, which ends in a riot.

But man, if Harvey shows up I will geek OUT.
Some of the guys working on the second film were interviewed a while back and they said something to the effect of "I didn't see a body. Did you see a body?" in regards to Harvey's death and his funeral.
