There is much more to it than this. This is technically beautiful, has great anatomy and perspective, the flowers are intricate and amazingly colored and the whole thing looks extremely soft and sweet and it brings a smile to look at it. It's a positive work for the beginning of a beautiful season. I DD'ed it to celebrate the beginning of spring in the southern hemisphere, where I live.

But you could've avoided that and noted me if you had any issues with this DD, instead of posting this rule and unecessary comment on the artist's work. And otherwise you can suggest me art to DD, too, if you have issues with what I feature. I don't remember you sending me any...

You remind me of the guys in my class~ they really bully me for liking and drawing manga. Saying manga is lame is the same as saying gaming is lame, cartoons are lame, etc.

Try drawing manga, like those guys, you'll see that it's actually hard. No matter the style, it's always hard to draw well.

One should not simply say so. In some lands it might be, but there will always be a group of lovers to hold up the love of one's genre or style. Manga style used to bloom everywhere, it's gotten less popular over here, instead we have American toons. I'm not complaining, instead, it's lovely to see American people have the power to be popular too. But I would wish for more manga or anime over here ^.^

And I'm perfectly fine with it if you don't like manga, really. But please, what you do not like is not worth your time. If you do not like manga, manga is not worth your time and eyes. It'll be a view less, but it'll always be avoiding problems.

Is it a deal, that you do not complain if you do not view? If it's a deal, I'll also not complain what I do not view.

Well said We CV's always say for people to note us if they have issues with our DDs and we will reply them directly, instead of posting these rude comments. Frankly, that sort of thing is absolutely pointless.

Why thank you~ I did read about noting for suggestions, but I didn't know that 'complaining' also was allowed if it were through notes? Not like it matters to me, as I respect everyone for liking what they like. And if I don't like it, I'll just leave it alone for those who do like it~

Although every loved thing needs to have hate too, since there will never be full harmony. Deference are in the world, if it were to make things realistic, or to make the maker realize they are and will always stay imperfect.

Yes, of course it is. We serve the community, if the community has complaints they should send our way too. We have no problems in discussing about these things, we just want to avoid these in the artists' DD, also because it is extremely disrespectful to do so. And it was me, a CV, who gave the DD, so if you have any complaints on the feature please do talk to me directly.
Of course if the person has constructive criticism they can just post here for the artist. The only sort of negative comments we want to avoid are like of this person's, that add nothing and is purely complaining on the fact that this was featured as a DD.

True, but we just want to avoid these things as much as possible, heh.

Ah gee, he replied to me saying manga is a shame for this decade. I've replied to him wisely ^.^ Just said him my thoughts about liking or not liking, popularity of styles and the immortality of love. Than asked him if we had a deal, that we both will not complain about what we do not like.

And I'll be remembering that, just in case that someone I see wants to tell dA they've got an issue with a DD~ You never know what the future holds, only if you could see the future of one's goals.

And the first time I was a good active person on dA(when I used LadyOkasu/holo12 as account), I'd give every art I stumbled over with the criteria button, but no-one's criteria, a criteria myself ^.^

I've got quite some thank-you's back then, also got declined once or twice, getting told it was not how they meant the art. Well, it's fine with me, you know. I still respect them for their opinion ^.^

Someone people just want new attention. They've gotten the feeling they're no-one on dA. I know the feeling, my first half year I remained voice-less, unaware of the many possibilities. Until my sister told me how she shared her art, joining many groups and making people find you.

Nowadays, I got my voice louder, and need no group anymore. I'm still in several, for the fact that my watch messages otherwise will remain empty for too long. It makes me feel awkward that way. And people with nice art deserve my fav too, it's not much, but every bit helps.
