Main astro-hydras: This species was the first, being tall ranging from the smallest 328 feet(99.9744 meters) to 647 feet(197.206 meters) with wingspans ranging from 1,000 feet (304.8 meters) and larger. This alien species are bipeds(walks on two sturdy legs) with two giant wings that are used for flight, intimation and protection, they have also acquired a long tail for balance and are quite a slim and muscular creature built for flight, they can be up to 141,056 tons and heavier or lighter depending on the height and build. This species is not well known to Monarch/humans only knowing a few alien kaijus of this species they have little information at the moment.

They are known to be territorial creatures, and are known to be planet destroyers/an invasive species, they don't tend to be in large groups or even pairs unless they are with a mate or have a bond with another astrohydra. They are Alpha kaijus and do not back down from fights unless necessary.

Male - Males of this species tend to be smaller than the females and are more brightly colored with more patterns and colors while females have more dull or less colors. With a slimer build and larger wings, and more horns then females as well. They tend to be more territorial and attack more recklessly than females.

Female - Females are bigger than the males as they tend to be the main ones to look after young, with the males rarely in the picture unless having an equally good bond. They are bulkier and considered more aggressive and protective after they have birthed young. Females also sometimes form small groups (with other well trusted)females to protect their young if injured or inexperienced while others go full solo.

Sub astrohydras: Sub astro-hydras are a subspecies, they are smaller than the main astro-hydras and have evolved differently having smaller wings and more limbs, their main strengths being agility and speed then overall strength. They are (walk on all fours) and are more effective on the ground yet they can still fly, they are smaller in size and are much more lighter than the main species, being a mare 932 tons to 1,000 tons, and being the average height of 315 feet(96.012) to 524 feet(159.715) smaller than the main Astro-hydra species though the males of the subspecies can reach taller than the females they can reach a wingspan of 850 feet to 1,000 (304.8 meters) but never much bigger than that.

This alien species is known to be less territorial and aggressive, forming little packs or groups with the eldest of the group being the leader, most stay in these social groups while others go solo, being small though doesn't mean they are aren't dangerous, they can be just as dangerous as the main species can when they have to.

Male - Males of this subspecies tend to be bigger and much more bulky with slightly bigger wings than the females, they are also dull in color being dark reddish browns and black sometimes gold while having more horns and abilities. They are Territorial especially with a mate or their young, unlike the main species they mate for life being monogamous, even after their mate dies they won't find another one unless on a rare occasion they do find another but mostly never, they help their mates with taking care of young and often do anything to protect their family.

Female - Females of this subspecies are smaller than the males, being brightly colored as blues greens and purples. They have less abilities and are much nicer to be around, they are not aggressive unless in defense and often don't make a fuss. They are lighter and slimmer on build, Females of the subspecies sometimes make a symbiotic relationship with a main astro-hydra as a female from the main species would be able to protect them and their young while they can help provide for the others young in return such as food and entertainment.

Mixed astrohydras: simply a mix between the subspecies and the main-species…

[Male main × Female sub: Since they are both short on size when they mix one can assume that this mix of the two will be in the middle of height ranging from both parents but most probably staying on the shorter side, medium sized wings sturdy and strong and built for more flight. They could either be two legged or four legged with the most common being the two legged. They tend to be bright colored and have either a very aggressive or calm personality.

[Male sub × Female main: unlike the first mix, these two are very tall so we can suspect a mix of a taller astro-hydra as well as big wings, they could be more bulky and aggressive as well as protective. They could either be two legged or four legged, They tend to be dull/plain colored and have either a very aggressive or calm personality. Most commonly being four legged with bigger or medium sized wings (basically the two mixed ones are very similar with male sub and female mains being bigger or medium and male main and female sub being smaller or medium-)
