Akaku Nuva (ah-KAH-koo NOO-vah), Mask of X-Ray Vision
created when a destined Kanohi Akaku is dipped in Energized Protodermis. It allows its user and those nearby to see through objects and illusions. They are fitted with a telescopic lens to give the user(s) enhanced viewing. For some reason, this mask's power cannot pierce certain materials, such as Karda Nui's mist and the Metru Nui dome. The only beings able to use this mask are Toa Nuva.
