According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way this boy should be able to fly. His wings are too small to get his fat little body off the ground. The boy, of course, flies anyway, because the boy doesn't care what his parents think is possible.Β

Sorry I guess I should have been clearer. My fault, complete apologies. Also I asked the question on the wrong pictures (god I'm stupid) I was looking at the images of Markiplier and noticed that whenever the wings were present he was....different, and was wondering if having the wings were supposed to be when Dark was present for him. I've watched both Mark and Jack for some time now and understand who Dark and Anti are. I just sure for the way this artist displays those characters.

I love how you've first introduced the young and innocent versions of Dark and Anti maskman. With Dark we have a little warrior ready and willing to go in swinging. And Anti can't wait to fly...literally almost - as he has such tiny wings I have doubts he'll evenΒ glide down at this point, he won't wait to be ready - he'll go now! Which is such a good parallel to what we've been getting hints of in previous pictures and comments. Anti - the one who couldn't wait to fly with his new wings - has no wings to speak of... Dark - the one who couldn't wait to fight - got his wish and potentially paid a high price for it. I especially like this one as it is hard to ignore how much Anti probs misses his wings and here we get a view of him trying to take advantage of them as soon as he possibly can. I infer from this that he probably enjoyed - nay LOVED - to fly and someone/thing took that away. Oof. Good job maskman. I will continue to wait anxiously for this story we've been getting hints of.

It's bc Anti in the most recent animation looks like a continuation of a previous animation wherein /Jack/ is dodging Dark's swings at him, and Dark manages to hit him in the head. Anti is shown to be taking over Jack's body by his eyes suddenly glowing and Jack snarling to the camera.Β
So...this is Anti, but he's using Jack's body as a proper full host since his own (the body with the throat slit and claws and such) is not a fully physical thing. Taking over Jack's body (as Dark had done with Mark) would give him more of an advantage fighting back, and probably full, or just better, use of his powers as Jack technically has both eyes working.Β
That's why there's no stitches.Β

When he awoke to the wings on his back in the middle of the night, Antonio, nicknamed Anti, knew he had to try them out! His family was small and humble but, a child as young as him can make joy, and trouble, out of anything. He gathered everything he could to get some height; a vase, a broom, a few books, anything he could get his hands on. He considered going outside but, that was too high or him. Besides, only grownups go to the skies. Anti climbed up his little structure, attempting to use his new wings to boost him up, to no avail. After several falls, and a lost tooth, he finally made his was to the top.
Even though he felt very unsteady, Anti was not afraid. These wings have a mind of their own, right? That's how grownups described them. As his stubby legs shook below him, he trusted his family and his wings.
He jumped.

So I have an important question about these characters. Will you make a comic or story on the anti and darks past? Also are you going to make a story on on how they met mark and jack? So curious. I sincerely love your comics and you're drawings( especially this one because it's so adorable ππ). I can't wait to see read and hear more.
