Greetings purveyors of the internet! I hope your evenings are well, for tonight I bring you a series of YCH commissions from the one and only , and featuring the character, Elyssabeth "Lyss" Martella, from the webcomic "City of Blank", which you can find here: www.webtoons.com/en/sf/city-of… (no spoilers please, I'm way behind).

Also, for those of you hoping to procure your own YCH from the good , you can find information on getting one here: twitter.com/Titsandbits2/statu…

ANYHOO, the piece.

For those of you who haven't read "City of Blank", allow me to explain. In this world, there are faceless, phantom creatures called "Blanks", for the most part, they're harmless, phasing through most objects and only really being affected by high pressure water and the cold. However, they all have one singular instinct; when they sense a face, they immediately try to steal it. How this typically works is that a Blank usually faces their head into someone's face, and, as a result, a person's face is literally taken off their body. Without a face, the original victim tends to die, as, without medical treatment, they not longer have a means to eat or breath, but as for the Blank who stole the face, they start to develop not only mass, but also a consciousness. At first, their minds are a blank slate with no idea of who they are or what's going on, but as time goes by, they will eventually transform into an exact copy of the person whose face they stole, complete with their memories and personality.

To circumvent this, most people in the world tend to wear masks, as doing this allows them to slip by Blanks without detection, while also allowing them to keep their faces. Unfortunately, "Developed Blanks", as they are called, are still technically criminals, as their actions still have led to deaths (which, depending on the person, they tend to regret). As such, Developed Blanks typically either try to blend in with society and remain under the radar (either by going into hiding, or slipping into their original self's lives), or they're arrested by Blank Hunters, specialized individuals who're specifically trained to find Developed Blanks and bring them in (and before you freak out, no, the Developed Blanks aren't killed, they're just typically arrested and locked up). This is where Lyss comes in!

While not the main character of "City of Blank" (that would be a Half-Blank named Rex who hopes to discover the truth of his brother's murder, read the webcomic for more details), she is still a major character, starting out the series wanting to become a Blank Hunter due to an "incident" that happened to her years prior (if I ever commission a YCH of Bag Girl, AKA Bell, I'll explain further), and setting out to bring down one of her city's biggest mob bosses who, to put it nicely, was a jackass both before and after he became a Blank.

Put simply, she's got a fiery spirit and a fierce determination that honestly makes her fun to read, but beneath all that is the heart of a girl who's seen Hell and genuinely wants to make the world a better place, both for herself and the people she cares about. She's honestly a well written character, and I can't help but love her.

So naturally that means I wanted to see her get tickled out of mind! Because that's the kind of guy I am!

As for how she got here, your guess is as good as mine. The last thing Lyss remembered was going to bed the previous night in her apartment, and waking up in this random room with a box in front of her, her arms stuck in the ceiling, and her torso trapped in the wall. At first, Lyss believed she was kidnapped for the purposes of being either killed or having her face stolen, but the fact that Lyss was wearing her mask indicated that whoever brought her here did so for another purpose, especially if they went to the trouble of switching it out for her night mask. Secondly, Lyss realized her chest and arms weren't the only thing exposed as she could feel a slight breeze on her feet, indicating they were not only bare, but sticking out the other side of the wall.

As such, once Lyss regained her bearings, she began yelling as loud as she could, threatening whoever brought her here that they made a mistake, and that they would pay when she got out. However, her threats were brought to a swift end as Lyss immediately noticed the box before her opening. At first, it seemed to be empty, but within seconds, a gaggle of brushes emerged from the box, surprising the young Blank Hunter. Then, before she could get the chance to react, the brushes zeroed in on Lyss's body, and all at once, the only noises leaving Lyss's lips were laughter. To make matters worse, Lyss felt more brushes on the other side of the wall go after her feet, causing her laughter to go up in pitch, and quickly, her iron clad resolve devolved into begging and pleading between laughing fits, hoping to convince whoever was behind this to end her torment and let her go. But alas, for the good Ms. Martella, mercy would not come, and for the next several hours, she found no quarter of release from the torments of these devious brushes...

To , if you're reading this, thank you again for such awesome pieces! They all turned out fantastically, and the way you drew Lyss as she's mercilessly tickled away is just brilliant! Thank you so much for this!
