I forgot to say this when making the Deku Tier List. But my plan while making V3 of that tier list was to update every tier list for characters I have already done, while making new tier lists for characters that I've never done before. Also, the reason why the Turtles are at the top was because I could not fit them into "Neat" or "Good" without it looking weird. Anyways, I hope you enjoy!Great: Batman (DC Comics)
