Article 9, Paragraph 12, Sub Section J.  They will be put on report for the infraction of being "Out of Uniform".  No Eagle patches on the jackets.  No visor hat insignia, Non-Regulation belt buckles.  No collar tab insignia.  No shoulder rank boards.  An example should be made of their sloppy uniforms.  They have failed a simple uniform inspection.  Shot or sent to the Russian Front.  Heads will roll!
