Description
The first design of my OC Balsa from *AishaxNekox 's Monochrome City. I just love her character designs and how she thought up her universe to put them in. So following most of my obsessions, I made a character that could fit into her world. I've changed Balsa's outfit many times, and now the shoes are giving me a hard time, colors too for the pants mostly.
Still not final design, it tends to morph back and forth.
