Description Prima was once the best warrior in the Reger clan. Even before discovering her power, she was quite skilled with a spear. Back then, the clans and kingdoms often warred with each other, so there were many chances to prove herself. But one day, when she was 23, she received a fatal blow, the team healer failing to reach her in time. Imagine her surprise when she came back to life; her opponent certainly was.

When Prima dies, she fully recovers. Any severed body parts will be pulled back to the largest piece. Anything that's too far away or simply can't return will just grow back, even her head. Unfortunately, anything short of a fatal blow will not trigger her recovery.

Prima protected her clan for over a century. While she had to bury many friends and family, she started getting cocky, seeing herself as invincible. The reputation of the immortal warrior was a strong deterrent and her clan became more aggressive. While they made allies, they also conquered many. Prima became careless. In one battle, she was petrified. Since this didn't technically kill her, her recovery power didn't trigger. This ultimately led to the destruction of her clan, many of whom were also petrified like her. They were used as trophies, kept in galleries, and decorated castles and manors. Prima herself was the centerpiece, even moreso than the clan’s chief. She was passed around over the centuries, her tale being exaggerated, becoming a mythic figure, unaware of any of it.

Eventually, she fell into the collection of the sorceress Lilly Smith. Naturally, there was the legend attached, but fakes had been going around as well. She had the statue mystically appraised and discovered she was the genuine article. While she did spend a number of years in Lilly's collection, the decision was ultimately made to restore her to the flesh. Prima was stubborn at first, but in time, she took her collar and joined her forces.

The world had changed while she was asleep, moreso than she had imagined. She was hundreds of miles and hundreds of years away from home, not that she had a home to go back to. Her clan had long since died out and the land was unrecognizable. Having nowhere else to go, she settled in for her new life at Lilly’s home of Topaz Tower. In time, she got a taste for the spaghetti westerns in Lilly's film library, even learning English to better understand them. After a while, she started wearing clothes based on cowboys. She does regret sleeping through when the American West was settled.

While Lilly is sadistic, she also truly cares for her slaves, albeit in her own way. When one of them is murdered and stays that way, she has a special punishment for the assailant. It became Prima's job to track them down and bring them back alive. She was quite adept at that, having honed her hunting skills in the past. It helped that she had a strong sense of smell, but she was also given the ability to track the curse the collars place on those who kill their wearers.

Prima was given a number of tools to do the job. Her clothes are shadow armor; while not as strong as the mythanium armor Lilly's soldiers normally wear, it does regenerate quite quickly. Over time, it became more advanced, modified to feature hammerspace storage among other, lesser upgrades. There is also her scythe. Several of her bones were surgically removed and magically forged into a scythe, a mystic gem placed within it, giving it a number of abilities. Using this scythe, she can cast the power of fear on her targets. It also has the ability to create portals, trapping those to fall inside in an extra-dimensional prison until she can get the back to Lilly. She also uses it for storage. Because of its connection to her, the scythe will recover when she does. Other tools include bolas and stun grenades. She is tasked with bringing them back alive, after all.

After Malithia joined the fold and handed over the wellspring of conjuring, Prima got another power. She became able to conjure a pair of handguns or a sniper rifle. Typically, when the guns run out of ammo, she just tosses them and creates a new one, something she can do endlessly. The rifle, on the other hand, has a magazine she can switch out. She can also conjure different types of ammo. This does fit in with the cowboy aesthetic she was going for. However, she is only able to conjure weapons and ammo that were pre-programmed, limiting her choices.

Prima became much more well-traveled, learning the towns and roads. She took the name of her clan as her own. While she does Lilly's bidding, she also hopes to gather the remnants of her fallen clan, those who were turned to statues along with her. Often she travels alone, accompanied only by her personal golem Ankou, which serves as both her backup and transportation. It's more than large enough to carry her, and can traverse land, sea, and air. Because of her bond with it, it will also recover, but she can only forge that bond with one golem at a time. As such, its core is placed in a new chassis when it's time to upgrade.

I got the base idea for Prima from the anime Ajin: Demi-Human. I figured Lilly would want someone like an ajin and there could be others like them in Trivium. However, this being Trivium, they have more to fear than swords and arrows, with things that can actually stop them.

I got the idea for the scythe's prison from Liz's axe from Blood Lad, although I gave it a cast time to prevent it from behing too OP. The reason it's a scythe is a holdover from her old character design, but there are also other related traits that carried on. I could say she used to dress like the Grim Reaper before entering her Wild West phase.

Maybe someday I will commission her golem. It's more like a mecha, but it qualifies as a golem as it uses a golem core. I had come up with golems being able to share in their master's power, but to prevent it from getting out of control, they can only form this bond with one golem at a time and only certain people can produce the core. As it stands right now, I don't plan on commissioning the golem as I don't have good reference pictures to give to the artist. I have a basic idea in my head, but it's a bit different from most mecha. The closest I can think of is the mecha workers from Tenchi Muyo! War on Geminar. It does have a biped mode, but I'm still hammering out details.

If you want to talk more about it or Trivium in general, you can hit me up on my Discord .

Line art by Colors by me.

Dvega came up with the idea of a magnetic holder for her gun, forgetting for a bit that her guns are conjured and just disappear when she's not using them. Still I liked the idea, even if it didn't fit for the character, so I kept a version of it. While's it's smaller now, that glowing purple thing on her belt is taking it's place, holding small items she attaches to it. While her poncho has access to her hammer space, it is specialized and it would be handy to clip things to her belt.

For the fun of it I hid the color layers and left just the ones I used for shading, changing them to normal layers.
