Backround:

Remen Ironside. He is the commander of the Vokes Nomad army in Vokes Prime. Like many other officers in the Nomad forces where young and unexperienced cadets who seeked refuge on the outskirts of the Great Desert and found their home amogst the nomad warriors, Remen was the one who wanted to unite the nomad tribes and put their skills to good use. After couple of succesfull small raids against the Tau host that had corrupted the governor's office, the First Company was born.

The Vokes Nomads played a vital element in the retaking of the control Vokes when Imperial forces made planet strike. However the victory didn't come cheap for Remen. In the very last battle that ensured the success of victory over the Tau, Colonel Ironside was badly injured. The imperial high command made notice of Ironsides effords and he's injured bodyparts where replaced with the highest bionic upgrades available. After the victory the name of Col. Remen Ironside was going to be known even outside the borders of Vokes.

Model: This character was made from SG: Necromunda ganger leader with simple adding of space marine plasma pistol hand and BFG strike cruiser wing for the backpack. In game this model uses Col. Irohand Strakens rules.
