Underwater Breathing - Riptide can easily breath underwater

Enhanced Speed/Swimming - Riptide is very fast swimmer underwater, way faster than the Piscciss Volann to the point he can break the sound barrier with enough speed

Enhanced Durability - Riptide can withstand physical force and the deep pressures of the ocean

Enhanced Strength - Riptide has displayed some form of enhanced strength

Enhanced Agility - Riptide is very agile due to his flexible body

Limited Hydrokinesis - Riptide has some limited control of water, he can squirt water from his mouth, cause a miniature tidal wave and make water beams

Whirlpool Creation - Riptide can create whirlpools by gaining enough speed to swim fast enough to create it, he can also create any size of the whirlpool from small to large with enough speed

Weaknesses

Dehydration - Riptide can’t survive on land due to his aquatic physiology
