Backstory: Owen Maxwell became an orphan at the age of 9 when his parents died in a plane crash while on their way to a business trip and his aunt was given custody of him and raised him as her own, flash toward to 8 years at the age of 17 in his high school year he and his class went on a field trip to a scientific company lab where they were showing them a big container that contains a new form of mysterious energy they discovered until something went wrong the container released the mysterious energy while everyone managed to quickly dodge Owen was too slow and he was hit by the energy and was in a coma for surprisingly 3 weeks from the hospital and the next day he started to feel different until he ran very fast creating a sonic boom shocked by this discovery he kept it a secret and was testing out his powers for the past weeks until one day while practicing his powers and discovering other abilities related to his speed he saw a bank robbery and went out to stop them using his after that he was approached by the famous scientist Frank Schneider one of earth’s greatest geniuses and the head scientist and CEO of his scientific research company and offered to help Owen discover his speed and it was here that Owen will make bonds and friends with people like April Jones and Jose Hernandez and was given a friction proof suit and decided to become a superhero like Freedom Woman who made her first appearance in 1997 and became the speeding hero Run Out and for the past 5 years with the help of friends he has protected his home city until he and a group of heroes teamed up against a group of inter dimensional alien race that wanted to rule their dimension and thus the Guardian Saviors was formed fighting off crime, terrorists organization, villains, aliens, intergalactic conquers and tyrants, cosmic beings and even gods among others being known and declared as Earths Mightiest
