Evolved Physiology - Ultimate Four Arms has increased strength due to his upper arms growing bigger and despite his lower arms looking the same they too possess the increased strength, has increased durability due to hardened armor dry skin, increased endurance and stamina

Adrenaline Enhancement - Ultimate Four Arms adrenal glands and cortisol boost his strength, durability, endurance and stamina via anger, stress or any other emotions that activates this ability

Heat Immunity - Ultimate Four Arms is immune to heat and fire, due to a sudden heat increase on his planet

Heat Generation - the adrenal glands not only boosts Ultimate Four Arms physical abilities, but also his body temperature, increase the heat of his body enhances his physical strikes, and can also generate fire, either as fire breath or generate fire from his fist to enhance his physical strikes or throw fire balls via punches

Shockwave Generation - Ultimate Four Arms can generate powerful shockwaves from his increased strength and cause powerful earthquakes, he can create a powerful Sonic Clap that can decimate an army
