Oh, Thank you very much. I'm glad you liked this picture! Though I still doubt - whether I drew right proportions of child and horse. But I wanted to portray the two pure souls of the child and horse.

I really love the shading.
About the horse pose, I think it isnt possible, but it makes you stare at the deviation thinking "that is possible?"

This is Outstanding. You are amazing! You have expertly captured such a unique and special moment in time. The feeling of this piece, the first encounter with a large wild animal, is so tangible you could brush it away from your face. The level of detail of the horse makes it look so real, the child's clothing and your background are so superb it makes one believe they are actually there. This work would be unbelievable IF it didn't look SO real.

I have to agree with the comment below me. But you truly have an awesome painting technique, if you would have applied it to the whole picture, then this would have been a masterpiece

Your painting technique's really good, especially when it comes to lighting and shadows. However, the position of the horse looks kind of awkward - I don't think a real horse could hold itself up like that. It looks like it's only balancing on its one front leg. And the background, in comparison to the rest of the painting, looks too sketchy, and it's difficult to make out what it is.

thanks for the comment.I agree, I am a long time did not know what i can make as background. It just is not such important (I think).and regard to the position of the horse, well, I really like ...

I love colours and the idea, tho horse looks a bit weird... i mean, im not sure if it sits or stands up or what :/ Ofc Anatomy is perfect, don't find it offensive. I just think the perspective is lil damaged there
