I remember exactly how this came to be. Pacing around my room; my mind was cluttered with each thought overlapping the other. a cramped up feeling in my chest as if my heart were to explode into little fragments on the ground for me to step on like glass. Each emotion momentarily showing its face until the next interrupted. I had an uncertainty of what I was to do. My hair appropriately sticking up from yanking with my hands tight to make the feeling stop. Too much information overriding my system. Such a familiar feeling has brought pain far too many times.
