The snow falls, fluffy white flakesMy arms shiver, my heart quakes
Slowly walking through the slush
Early in the morning I hear a quiet hush
It’s beautiful and lonely all at once
Friends still asleep, let them be still
Clocks count away, against owners will
I’m out already, before it disappears
Don’t slip or fall, yet the end nears
