There seems to be a Power outage someplace around the Kanto Region and Kyle, Kate and Lisa have decided to go and investigate the Power Plant to see what has happened while there they avoid having to access any of the switches that can cause traps to be set off. And suddenly... They were able to make it to the main generator after charging up the lever they were able to switch on the power and find out what caused it to happen.
