Lillian or Lilly is the captain of the Grand Rangers who are part time patrollers that keeps danger out of sight. After Kyle and Lukas travelled through Sinnoh a little they were both met with Lilly who tells Kyle about her Younger Brother Joey. Lukas didn't seem to know what was going on until Kyle told him about his incident in Lake Verity, that almost got Kyle Evicted, but Joey punished by his parents. Lilly has also been an electrician for the Smiley Knight Crew as well as she tends to do quite a lot of work with Electricity in the like, though she happens to be very intelligent with wiring in the like. Even though her ranger work does great when it comes to machinery.
