okay so I made this guy out of my head(which has a mess of crap in it that I need to work with). He's second in command of the new tainted coil that is called "The Tainted Empire" they are more deadlier, more eviler & more crazier then the older tainted coil, because of there new leader wanting new place that they can take over, they pick a few worlds that some manga, anime, comic & cartoon lovers in the world that know places that I am talking about(hopeful) that they can call home & get there revenge on the iornheade that beat them.
