What if the other half survives the Snap in Avengers: Infinity War/Avengers: Endgame
(Gamora (original self) meets Stephen Strange and Shuri in Shuri’s lab in Wakanda after being revived)

(Doctor Strange finds Gamora’s corpse on the surface below the altar cliff on Vormir and brings it for Shuri to perform surgery and administer her with the GH.325 to revive her. A few seconds later is when Gamora wakes up, and she finds herself in a lab she has never been in. Even though, Doctor Strange and Shuri know that the GH.325 will not last forever, the lucky thing they are aware of is that Gamora has her own regeneration abilities which will allow her healing to speed up so that she is still alive even after when the GH.325 no longer has its affect).

GAMORA (seeing Doctor Strange and Shuri and realizing that they were the ones who brought her back): How did I come back to life? What happened after my death?

DOCTOR STRANGE: Your return was made possible through a combination of mystical and technological means.

SHURI: We developed advanced technology that allowed us to access and manipulate the energy of the Soul Stone, enabling us to bring you back to life while we also performed surgery to fix you up. And then we administered you with the GH.325.

GAMORA (confused): GH.325?

SHURI: GH.325 is a drug that was created from blood harvested from the corpse of a Kree code named “GH”, and it is known to promote rapid cellular regeneration that can be used to heal critical conditions, mortal wounds, and, in some cases, even revive the recently deceased.

(Gamora is very astonished at the existence of such a drug)

GAMORA (confused and curious): Why did you bring me back specifically? Did you have a purpose or a plan in mind?

DOCTOR STRANGE: Your return was crucial to restoring balance and defeating a looming threat that we foresaw. We needed your unique skills, knowledge, and strength to ensure the safety of the universe.

SHURI: We recognized the importance of your presence and the role you played in the Guardians of the Galaxy. Bringing you back was essential for maintaining the equilibrium of the team and the galaxy.

GAMORA: Is this a different timeline or reality? How does it differ from the one I remember?

DOCTOR STRANGE: It’s only been hours since the Snap. So, not much time.

GAMORA (in regards to the Snap): What does that even mean?

DOCTOR STRANGE: It means that it’s been hours since Thanos came to Earth.

SHURI: World governments are in pieces trying to take a census.

DOCTOR STRANGE: It turns out, Thanos did what he said he was gonna do. He wiped out fifty percent of all living creatures.

GAMORA (feeling Peter Quill on her heart): Did Peter survive the Snap? Is he still alive? Where is he now?

DOCTOR STRANGE (knowing Gamora is referring to Peter Quill): Yes. He is still alive and did survive the Snap. He’s at a place called “Boot of Jemiah”.

GAMORA (her eyes get huge upon remembering the name of “Boot of Jemiah”): Boot of Jemiah? That’s on Knowhere.

SHURI: The decapitated head of a Celestial.

GAMORA: Yes. Hundreds of years ago, the Tivan Group sent workers in to mine the organic matter within the skull. Bone, brain tissue, spinal fluid. All rare resources. Highly valued in black markets across the galaxy. (Not keeping her mind and heart off of Peter Quill) Can you get me to Knowhere? I need to see Peter Quill and make sure he’s okay. I’m very concerned for his well-being and I don’t want anything bad happening to him.

(Doctor Strange responds by opening a Sling Ring generated portal to Knowhere)

GAMORA: I take that as a yes.

(Gamora does not hesitate to step through the portal into Knowhere and she bids farewell to Doctor Strange and Shuri as the portal closes)
