Cannot attack unless you control another Machine monster. When this card is Xyz Summoned: You can discard 1 card; you cannot Special Summon other monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, also this card is unaffected by your opponent's card effects this turn. When this card declares an attack: You can detach 2 materials from this card; draw 1 card, then show it, and if it is a "Raizer" monster, you can make your opponent send 1 card from their hand to the GY (their choice). You can only use this effect of "Incise Raizer" once per turn.
