--------------------------------------------------Cannot attack unless you control another Machine monster. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned while you control no other monsters: You can pay 500 LP, then target 1 monster in your opponent's GY; banish it, and if you do, Special Summon up to 2 Level 4 or lower "Raizer " monsters from your Deck and/or GY with ATK equal to or less than that banished monster's ATK, but they cannot attack, also you cannot Special Summon other monsters for the rest of this turn, except Machine monsters. You can only use this effect of "Jetraizer" once per turn.
