I made this sort of on accident, I was trying to make it gen 2 style, but it ended up looking more like gen 1.When I say gen 1 style, I'm talking mostly about 4-color monochrome shading, not purposely trying to make ugly, disproportional abominations like the ones in the original games.
The base Chimchar sprite comes from The DS-style 64x64 Pokemon Sprite Resource
