Skynet started facing a new problem when the Resistance discovered how they could reprogram some terminator units, so in 2031 they developed a new and improved model, the Terminatrix, also know as the T-X, wich have both endoskelleton and liquid metal thecnologies fused in one to have a built in arsenal. This new weapon capable of eliminating a T-1002 unit in battle wouldn't have problems destroying earlier models, and once again Skynet tryied to end the war before it even started, sending this terminator trhough time.
