LOL. What you said would apply perfectly if the scene in the picture would be set in FF7 or after.
However, i don't think the "pathetic little traitor" part applies here. I am not sure whether you played Crisis Core, but Cloud is not a traitor in Crisis Core. He only becomes a 'traitor' at the end of Crisis Core, when he kills Sephiroth. Throughout most of the game, he is just a young Shinra soldier full of dreams, hopes and admiration towards first class SOLDIER's like Sephiroth and Zack.

They're not the same person, Cloud only gets injected with Sephiroth's cells after the Nibelheim incident.

I was pretty confused when I first played the original game about Cloud and Sephiroth and stuff; I thought Cloud was a complete Sephiroth clone that only looked like Cloud.

Huh? O.o Where did you get the idea that they are the same person. They never were the same person. They are two very different people born from different parents.
Could you please explain why you'd think they ever could be the same person? I am so curious, because I can't imagine where you got this idea from.

I think it's because of the manner that in the games and FFVII series they speak specifically, saying that Sephiroth was Cloud's shadow, and vice versa[if Sephiroth had a light side], and also that he was Sephiroth's puppet. Or at least that's how the person can think that they are one in the same person. ^^'
