Description
I make fonts by starting with a matrix of segments that can be selected for each letter's particular strokes. So this one is a simple dartboard with 16 radii and 6 curcumferences, a 7th if you count the four little serifs that help define the corners for a vertical or horizontal stroke on the outside. Halfway through making this I realized it might look a lot better if the segments were diamondy instead of rectangley. I could do that later with spirals. Think, dreamcatcher.
