I need to make the Miasma Police Force actually have some sort of uniform or badge to them.Part of the reason police have uniforms is so that they can be recognized as a figure of authority, and/or to help.
I need to find a balance of unique outfits for characters, and a sort of "uniformed vibe" that makes them all seem like part of the same force.
Just doing some experimentation, basing it around Clarissa.
Plus, I thought about her mask and figured that I didn't really like the original design. So I did some changes.
