Aquadia , The Water Elemental Province. It's people are known as the Aquadians. Their standard national colors would be Dark Blue and Light Blue. Their Emblem or Crest would be a Snowflake. They have 10 Settlements with Frostshire as the capital. The province is led by a Master and/or Mistress of which the current ones are Master Fiso Deepfrost and Mistress Hidia Deepfrost. Other settlements would be Frozen Shore , Cold Reef , Wavedale , Frozen Port , Icewall ,Frost Mire , Cold Creek , Blizzardhold and Icehold. Their national gem is a sapphire , national animal a dolphin and national flower a lilly. Their currency is a Saph (singular) or a Saphi (Plural) with the global Mantes as the nation wide coin. The Aquadians are the leaders of education and are responsible for the school and academy system throughout Elmantes. They are also fine craftsman and artists giving them that elegant atmosphere. Their military elite legion are known as the Sapphire Sentinels. Their national motto is " The ocean isn't your enemy but that doesn't mean it's your friend either"

Aquadia is a cold province with a few flora and fauna. Good portion of that fauna being found in the lakes , rivers and the ocean by their coast. The people of Aquadia often try to find peaceful solutions but won't back down when a war starts. Fighting them abroad might be easier (unless it's a snowy or ocean environment) then fighting them on their own home turf. Since they are immune to the cold and can see right through any blizzard , it would be a bad idea to fight them on their home turf
