Meet Viktor Leon Lynch , A shadowy assassin with few morals or regards for human live due to past but that kind of changed when he was sent to take out a landlord. This happened to be Velora's landlord and she was marked as collateral damage until Viktor saw and heard her. He could not bring himself to do so. He waited for the landlord to be alone somewhere else before ending them. He might have a new interest and he might be rethinking his disregard for human life....at least in her case
