MTXSCP-002 is a shadow being with a humanoid upper body and a fog-like lower half. This fog itself wraps around the entity. A black and white scowl drapes over the head and upper body of the entity. Entity has glowing white eyes and sharp teeth with talons though these talons have not been used in violence yet. The entity seems docile at first but changes behavior depending on the fear of the person that enters. The entity's voice reverb when speaking. When the entity speaks it's usually to ask questions. These can be basic questions to complex questions. The entity seems to reserve complex questions to scientists while keeping the simple questions to D-class members. Failure to comply , giving wrong answers or even replying with a question all give the same consequences. The entity is capable of manipulating the cell it's in so it can project the fear of the individual in front of them from the lower fog turning into the body of a spider for arachnophobia or morphing the entire room into what seems like the ocean for those with thalassophobia or simply drowning the room in darkness for those with nyctophobia. However answering the question correctly would please the entity. It would ignore the D-class afterwards or would answer the questions of the scientists.
