This is my OC in one of the worlds i am building on. A Ministry Magical Hunter (commonly known as a Hunter) is arresting a criminal using a M.O.M (Ministry of Magic/Madius) approved , Madius Law Enforcement created spell and a common spell used by the Hunters called Stunbinder.

This particular spell is a version that differs from the norm. It's Hunter Matt Rixen's personal improved spell called Truthbinder where it shoots out an extra magical beam that connects to the head and forces them to confess their crime if they are guilty of the crime they are convicted off. Otherwise the extra beam will disappear and will only return when Matt interrogates further.
