I'm expanding on some comments in anticipation of your new stuff lol stretching the ol' comment muscles
I can't believe I didn't comment about the sky. I did say it would be perfect if the water was calmed way down, and I still believe it would. Maybe even almost no waves.
The sky is pretty amazing. I've still never tried the bliss effect... this kind of inspires me to do so.

this doesnt even look like a bliss to me. You've just put high sun power, glow, and high density on the atmospheric settings. The clouds looks 3D NOT 2D.
If this was a bliss, you're supposed to have 2d clouds on, less Density Contrast, render at the smallest clouds and 25 persistence.
Sun: 150% sun power (this one looks like 300%), much lower Shadow Lightness, and full glow power and amount.

The water.
Calm the water WAY down in this and it'll be perfect.

Very unique effect for bliss. Nicely done. Again the water is a bit herd looking but a beautiful render. Keep it up!
