Mycelian Parasite warlock - now with mood lighting!

Regular version

This pic really has been fighting me from start to finish... first the pose, not so much the outfit but definitely the body-shrooms, then the cliff in the background, and then the colours. Oh god, the colours! Both the regular version and this one has been a struggle! With this one I knew I wanted everything to have a blue tint, but I first tried doing the background in realistic colours, but no matter what, it just looked awful! So finally I said fuck it, and just went for blues from the start. And I think in the end it turned out good anyway!

Mycelians get one racial trait depending on what race corpse they've grown from, but drow wasn't on the list, so I asked DM if I could make up my own trait. She agreed, and I gave Lazuli superior darkvision. And a bonus that they shed dim light in a 5ft radius lol. It makes sense to me that a drow-based mycelian would grow bioluminescent mushrooms. Lazuli is also a special case of mycelian in that they didn't grow from a corpse, but were a dying drow who got turned into a mycelian by the Mother shroom - hence the parasitic warlock patron!
