After watching this video of how Toby turns out to be in All Engines Go, www.youtube.com/watch?v=vANcGa… , I was so happy that he was represented as a fun loving elder figure. But there was something that actually caught me off guard: the fact that Toby now... can open his sideplates revealing his wheels.Sure, it's not a really horrifying thing (and that's something, considering what All Engines Go did to the franchise), but I've decided to make this little comic depicting the Ffarquhar constable (you know, the guy who requested Sir Topham Hatt to either put a cowcatcher and sideplates on Thomas or to buy a tram engine) and Toby reenacting an infamous scene from the Spongebob Squarepants episode "Spongeguard on duty", but with a more british speech.
As you may notice, I drew Toby in his classic series self, because this is my first time drawing him and I didn't want to use his All Engines Go's design as my first attempt.
